The National Insulation Association represents the manufacturers and installers of Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation and Draught Proofing and other innovative solutions.  Both the NIA and its members are fully committed to maintaining and raising standards within the insulation industry.

For Cavity Wall Insulation this means that you will receive an independent 25 year guarantee from the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency.  For all types of insulation our members also work to the highest standards of the British Board of Ágrement.

Insulation can add real value to your home and by using an NIA member you can be satisfied that a professional tradesperson will visit your home and undertake an installation to the highest possible standards.

Please go the list of members to find a contractor who works in your area.  The sooner you make contact the sooner you can benefit from a warmer home and lower fuel bills.  There are also a number of Government grants available to lower the costs, especially for those on benefits, speak to our members about this to find out whether they are available in your area.

 The NIA have joined 36 other Trade Associations in signing the ‘Member Declaration on Climate Change’ introduced by the Trade Association Forum.

This declaration acknowledges that the NIA accept climate change is having an impact on society, economy and the environment and welcome programmes that target the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
