The National Insulation Association are committed to ensuring our members provide the highest level of customer service that is possible. To ensure that all of our members deliver this we have a Code of Professional Practice which details what our members must deliver to all customers.
All of our members have signed up to this Code of Professional Practice and are dedicated to upholding this. When our members apply to join the Association, they certify that they will keep to all of the clauses in the code and will work to the best possible standards of customer care and to the best possible technical and professional standards.
Therefore, we and Government backed bodies such as the Energy Saving Trust advise all customers to make sure that they only use members of the association who have signed up to the code. You can obtain a list of these companies from our website under ‘register of members’.
In the unlikely event that there is any disagreement between a customer and an installer as to whether these standards have been reached the Association will mediate to ensure a satisfactory solution for both parties.
