If you have had cavity wall, loft or solid wall insulation installed in the last year and are pleased with the service provided by the installing company, then the National Insulation Association (NIA) would like to hear from you.
The NIA, which is a non-profit making trade association representing over 90% of the insulation industry across the whole of the UK, has now opened entries to its annual Best Practice Awards. There are various categories for companies to enter, but only you – the customer – is qualified to vote for the company which offers the Best Customer Service.
